The "high" from this is ridiculously powerful and effective...The caffeine content is a bit too high, though. At 200mg, you are losing considerable blood flow to the brain and extremities. This is a bit pre-workout-ish, but it's good for building midrange capabilities, and good for appetite suppression. Definitely do not recommend the full daily serving, an adult of average weight should have around 45mg of caffeine per day for biggest long term benefits...Adenosine cycle disruption is not a joke!
