Worked great, need better packaging
I got these as a gift for my mom in a big gift basket of "green" products. They work great but the packaging was not gift worthy. They come in a cardboard box with no label or explanation on the brand

clean dishes without stripping color from glasses and measuring cups
I have been using Dropps for about 3 months and have been very impressed. The pods are small so easy to fit in dispenser, the scent is gentle and I have found it more gentle on my dishes' finishes and colors. The cleaning has been 99% in my 15 year old Bosch machine - only once did a casserole dish with cheese melted onto the bottom no come clean.

Better than the rest
Honestly, I didn't think these would be much better than the standard store-bought brands, especially since they cost quite a bit more per pod. But after using them for a while, I’m totally convinced. My dishes and glasses come out feeling so much cleaner with no leftover residue. The fact that they use fewer chemicals is a huge bonus. Definitely my new favorite, and 100% worth the extra money.

No liquid additives but the soap is not very strong
I Purchased this because I did not want added liquids that would make my glasses and silverware shiny because that’s leaving a chemical layer on your food serviceware and you’re then eating it when using the food serviceware. If you are looking for dishwasher pillows that are just granular soap, I really wouldn’t recommend this one because it doesn’t clean very well.

Very hassle free
I love not having to deal with a large plastic container and pour a messy liquid. Just once, the pod didn’t open and dissolve so I had to run the cycle again
