I have been taking this product for three days now, and I can say that it is good and works very well. My recommendation is that you clearly list the specific instructions on how to take this product; I actually had to go to YouTube, where someone advised taking half a sachet daily—and if that works, to continue taking it that way for up to seven days. If it doesn't work, then you should take a full sachet. Personally, taking half a sachet in hot water worked for me. 🤗
