**Q: what is the caloric value of this?**
A: Yes

**Q: Is this spread seedless? I see "may contain pits" on the label but that would be from the cherries. I need a seedless (esp raspberry) spread.**
A: It has a few seeds but notihing like a jar of raspberry jam.  I would call it "mostly seedless" but with a few seeds.  If you just don't prefer seeds it would likely be fine.  If you are talking about something like diverticulitis where you wish to avoid all seeds you should likely look elsewhere, in my opinion.

...too expensive!  I bought a jar of this for $10.  Went to order another jar and it's up to $13.  For jam?  So, unfortunately, I cannot order it again.  Hopefully I can find it at a local store somewhere because it is the best jam ever.  Really tart berry flavor that I love!
