Gardenite Stinger Expanding Elastic Garden Watering Hose, Made from Triple Layer Expandable Rubber

I am sorry to say that I have had this product for about 3 months and it has already become unusable. While the construction of the "hose" itself is good, the plastic fittings are cheap and poorly made. The result is that the end of the fitting that screws into the sprayer started to crack and allow water to shoot out. This results in everything getting wet, included yourself. I love collapsible hoses and hoped to have this one last a bit longer as it was more expensive and had great reviews. In my opinion, better to have one of the cheap ones and replace it every 6 months.

This is the best expandable hose I have owned yet. The others I have owned had mostly broken at the attachment and others seem to split squirting water everywhere. This one has had no such issues yet. Been in use for most of the summer with no issues what so ever. With the brass attachments, I don't for see any issues anytime soon. Will update if there are any issues later but do not anticipate any.

It does expand and contract very well but the output is reduced by the nozzle being restricted to develop enough back pressure to inflate the hose. So, the water output volume is 1/3 to 1/2 of a regular hose. My wife loves it though, when collapsed it does indeed store very easily, we just wrap it around the hose bib. Have not had it long enough to comment on longevity.

Bought this for use in washing down my boat at the marina. I kept it out of the sun (in a white covered bucket with lid) to avoid UV deterioration and used it for ~2-3 months every other weekend. I depressurized it after each use. Today it started leaking within the plastic male-molded end where the nozzle goes. Appears the molded seams of the threaded hose connector-end have failed. Hose itself if just fine. Of course, it is no longer eligible for return/replacement. Providing this feedback for the benefit of subsequent potential buyers.

On the third use, the hose blew off the spray nozzle. HOSE IS RUINED.TERRIBLE PRODUCTDON'T BUY IT

Great price for this product and it worked well for the first couple uses. I rarely use the hose (maybe once every other week for no more than 5 minutes), but a couple days ago, when turning on the hose, water was spraying all over the place from the plastic fittings. It was not over tightened, nor was it loose. The water was spraying from the connection of the hose to the plastic fitting. Poor construction on the one I received. Best of luck to anyone else purchases, but I strongly suggest that you go with one of the brass fitting hoses.

This hose worked great for 5 months then the plastic end broke off and now I have to find a new end that will replace it. I'm having zero luck in finding a replacement end so far. Do some research on this item and I suggest to see if you can find this company's website to find the warranty on this item, I've had zero luck finding a website for this company.

Love, love this hose! It is lightweight and makes watering a breeze! It hasn't popped like the cheaper green "as seen on TV" one's. Would recommend.
