Does what ie claims
It fit the hole and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I had to access through the crawl space in the attic near the edge of the room which made for very little workspace, but it is in, works well and looks great. I found out I could have just replaced the fan motor for a fraction of the price and never had to access the attic, but everything is new now and looks and works great. Iโm very happy, now that we are not crawling in the attic. (Thanks Rex, my wonderful son-in-law willing to work in the klin-like attic.)

Great price and decent product
Easy to install and comes with capability to be wired to operate the heat lamps and exhaust fan separately or together. Looks great and fan is much quieter than the old one removed.

Good fan with two separate lights.
This is a reasonably quiet unit--not the quietest available, but pretty good. I've heard some fans that were supposedly only a little louder than this and they sounded like small airplanes taking off. This one is about as loud as our oven hood on 'low'--you can definitely hear it in the bathroom, and if you listen carefully and all else is quiet you can hear it in the next room next but it's definitely not objectionable. Installation was about as straight-forward as one might expect. You have to cut a rectangular hole in the ceiling, and you have to connect the wiring according to one of the multiple wiring diagrams provided. If you're not sure what you're doing, hire somebody. The two light sockets can be wired together to a single switch, or separately, and the fan motor can be wired independently as well. The two lights can be both heat lamps, or regular medium bas lamps, or one of each. There are two thermal switches--one turns on the fan if the temperature inside the box gets too hot due to the lamps, and a second one will turn off the lamps if the temperature gets even hotter. There is a damper valve on the outlet which prevents air entering through the exhaust duct. All in all, a nice inexpensive unit. Things to complain about: The fascia sits against the ceiling surface rather than the edge of the fan box, so if you have a textured ceiling that joint will be a little irregular and there might be gaps large enough for light to come out. And since there are gaps of about half an inch around the lamps where the exhaust air is pulled through into the fan, with the lights on it's possible to see up inside the box to the galvanized steel housing, labels and wires. We don't find either of these to be a problem, but if you are looking for something high-class, better to look at the significantly higher priced units.

Works well, large size above the ceiling
Once installed this works really well. I did not take into account the physical size, height, for what goes above the ceiling. My half my bathroom ceiling is right against the roof, slanted, with half flat to a small attic. Due to the height this is mounted very off-center in the bathroom. I like it, just pay attention to the above ceiling height requirements.

Great Fan must buy
I had a different, much more expensive heat/vent/fan and my electrician could not figure out how to install it. So I bought this 1. I already had a designated line ran to the panel so it was up and running in about 45 minutes. It heats well, I can't find anything to complain about. Go to Lowe's and get the red bulbs for 12ish bucks. It looks really nice.

Not suited for our application
We chose this over a traditional heat / fan / light unit with a resistance heater, but we didn't understand implication of this being a radiant heater which only heats object within range of lamp output. It does not heat the air in the bathroom. Besides that, it will only run on heat mode for maybe 5 minutes before the overtemp sensore turns the exhaust fan on. This is reportedly by design and may be suitable for other applications, but not for heating a bathroom. We will replace it with a traditional bathroom heat unit.

A little loud but effective
I notice my bathrooms doesn't get fogged up with this fan like my old one did. Seems to do a good job evacuating the moisture. Kind of loud though. Tolerable for me though.
