Can layers be added or removed?

Yes, it comes with 5 trays, but if you were to buy more they could be added. There is also no reason you have to use all 5 at once, I've used it with only one and still gotten the results I wanted.

Where can I purchase additional trays and fruit leather trays? I see Kaonson mentioned, but I Googled it and nothing came up. Do you have a link?
