That combo plus the Dr Bonners peppermint toothpaste has me fresh until lunch. I switched over ro this brand from Therabreath. I had used it for years and my dentist asked me if I had tried this brand before. I promised to give it a try and loved it so much, I didn't go back.

I have found that if you use it before running it will keep your mouth moist for the duration of reasonably long run (10 km). This is especially helpful when running in cold and very dry weather such as Japanese winter weather. It also very effectively eliminates bad breath.
