Elenco xp-720 power supply
Fixed my Elenco XP-720 power supply. I was getting +23vDC out of it instead of 1.2325-15vDC adjustable. Turns out the LM317T shorted in and out pins. Passing voltage straight through. Kept burning up resistor R2 (150 ohm--later revisions say use 180 ohm).There is also an LM337 which handles the negative -1.25 to -15vDC outputs, but those were working fine; and R1 wasn't burning up.
