**Q: Do these also contain the black tourmaline pellets? I know they don’t need to be refilled but we accidentally threw them away! Thank you -**
A: The refills contain 2 packets of the white mineral pellets and 1 packet of the black tourmaline pellets.

A: Yes, the refills include the black pellets.

**Q: How does this work and how many times can you use it**
A: I've been using "ecoegg" for about 5 years now and I'm completely satisfied with it.  I really love not having to buy detergent anymore!  It works well for me in all water temperatures, if I think a spot is going to be hard to get out I pretreat before washing.  I Love the "egg".

It's difficult to tell if this product actually cleans laundry since our clothes are not super dirty, so they would probably come clean without any detergent. The scent (linen) is very light and does not make the clothes smell perfume-y. My one complaint is that they do not give you enough of the black pellets and the black pellets can only be purchased separately through Eco eggs website (no free shipping!).
