An acceptable replacement for my lost bose tenors
Update at the bottom:I had a pair of bose tenors for years that I loved (other than the battery life). Sadly, I have lost them. I'm now searching for a replacement. Cheaper than the cost of a date to McDonalds, these are more comfortable, lighter, and louder than the tenors. They also sound worse and feel cheaper. Like 1/4th the cost. Cheap enough you'd let your kid wear them at the beach and not care if they dumped them in the ocean. Cheap enough to buy a pair and leave in the car. Its only been 48 hours with them, so I'm not going to speak on the battery life yet, but it has significantly exceeded my lost aging tenors. The build quality is "fine", and they may even be repairable based on the physical seams on the arms. I do wonder if a person with a more robust head than mine might get skin irritation from the seams, but so far, I've been fine.Good things:- Buttons are more pronounced than the tenors, and harder to accidentally push- Doesn't randomly trigger siri when your trying to answer a call or change songs- Sits comfortably like normal sunglasses, instead of squeezing your head like the tenors- Looks more like normal glasses- More frame and lens options- usbc charging- PriceNot good or bad- No app to "customize behaviors", which is fine, the bose tenor app was terrible and most of the settings, like disable siri, didn't actually work.Bad things:- Feels less premium- Sound quality- The black frames have a mat finish, and oils from your skin will make it look kind of shiny / dirty, which kind of makes you feel grossOpinion:Buy them. They don't sound amazing, but they are real cheap for the features, and sunglasses get broken and lost all the time.Update:I liked them enough to want a pair with clear lenses for using when it's dark or when I'm inside. Glasses also make me look smarter. I went back to this product page, clicked on the "clear lenses" option, and saw they were 20 dollars more, frowned, and then bought them anyways. I should have looked a bit more critically, the clear lens pair is a slightly different model. Similar comfort and weight and plastic finish, but different button placement. A little bit smaller and tighter and a bit more wrapping around the back of your head. Maybe 2-4% smaller? you would notice if they were both in front of you but not just by picking them up. The clear lenses are blue blocking and have this sort of iridescent blue hue, which is neat and slightly visible.Overall I'd say they are incredibly similar, slightly louder, but that may be more of a unit to unit thing than a "model to model" thing. I think if you like one, you'd like the other. Also, the more I wear them, the more I both pairs feel like you have to hold the buttons down too long to turn them on or off. Since wear them walking, I'm going by steps, but it closer to 5-6 steps to get them to turn on / off, and you really think they should be doing the thing by step 3-4.

Great for the jobsite.
I use these for work. They work well as safety glasses and I like the blue light filter (I need it). The bluetooth function and audio are good, runs on the louder side where you can still hear it a bit when my volume is up only one notch. And the 10 hour run time is perfect. They're quite comfy as well. Since my work has moved on and now says earbuds are not allowed, these are a better and safer alternative.

I Can’t Complain
These glasses don’t have the bells and whistles that the more expensive smart glasses have, but what I get is more battery hours. I can stealthily listen to my audio books, music, ambient noise and podcasts while working. And that makes the day go by. I can still hear what’s going on around me to respond appropriately and if I have to give undivided attention, I cut them off, deal with the task and tune out until I need to. I’ve had a full 8 hour shift with no recharging.I think they’re worth a try before you go for the big gun glasses (I don’t need them, though-my phone is enough).

Durable with a good battery and speakers
These things are awesome they fit comfortably and look good. They are surprisingly durable and the battery lasts a long time. And I have a pair of the meta ray-Bans and those are still great but if you are looking for something similar without breaking the bank these are perfect. And plus the blue light blocking is perfect fell right asleep after being on my phone. And the sound quality is good but not great but worth the price.

Pretty Good Audio Glasses
These glasses are pretty decent for the price. The cost of them kind of tells you how they compare to similar products: around $100, so of course they aren't as good as something that costs $200 or more.Note: I bought these on sale for about $35, so they were a steal. They are very lightweight; they weigh next to nothing. They are comfortable enough on my face, but there is no adjustments you can make, so one size fits all. Since it is very light, I usually don't really feel them after a while anyways. The controls are ok, too. Two tactile buttons (power and command). Compared to many other product's touch controls, these buttons make knowing what you're doing easier to understand. There are volume controls, but it basically makes you cycle from low to high, then once you reach max volume (which is to loud to be wearing these), cycle back straight to mute, and back up again.Note: the manual tells you to press the command button to pause/play, but my unit uses the power button. The sound quality is lacking. You can listen to any music that is at a medium volume and higher (these speakers can get really loud), but anything meant for quieter listening (i.e. classical music or audio books) is really bad. Anything quiet comes with a constant buzzing sound, sometimes even taking a phone call with a quiet person is pretty irritating.I use these for work. My job is very physical and dirty, so these are more than acceptable. A few more bonuses are: 1) they are made of a nice rubbery, matter plastic, so they feel durable and do alright with sweat and dirt. 2) they charge with micro USB, so no fiddling with proprietary cables. And 3) the battery life is very decent. I can get through most 8-hour shifts with a full charge. For my needs, the OHO Safety Glasses are a very good value. A great idea for anyone at work who can't where earbuds, and a good first buy for anyone interested in any products similar to this one.

Review: OHO Smart Safety Glasses
I recently tried the OHO Smart Safety Glasses, and overall, I’m impressed with how well they blend eye protection with modern tech features.First, as safety glasses, they do what they’re supposed to do. The lenses feel durable and provide solid coverage. They sit securely on the face and are lightweight enough to wear for extended periods without discomfort. Whether you’re working in a shop, mowing the lawn, or on a job site, they feel sturdy and protective. The “smart” feature — built-in Bluetooth audio — is what really sets these apart. The sound quality is surprisingly clear for open-ear speakers. You can listen to music, podcasts, or take calls without needing earbuds under your ear protection. The call quality is solid, and the built-in microphone picks up your voice clearly in normal environments.Battery life is respectable and easily gets through a work session. Charging is straightforward, and pairing with a phone is quick and simple.A few things to keep in mind:• They’re not noise-canceling, so in very loud environments, audio can be harder to hear.• The bass isn’t strong (which is expected for open-ear design).• Fit may vary depending on head size and ear placement.Overall, OHO Smart Safety Glasses are a practical upgrade for anyone who wants to stay protected while staying connected. They’re especially useful for DIYers, contractors, or anyone who works with their hands but doesn’t want to constantly remove earbuds to take calls.
