My wife was delighted with her pearl necklace. The service was first class and it came in a beautiful presentation box.

Arrived promptly, no presentation box. Necklace was loose in plastic bag inside palm sized box. Does not look, or feel like real pearls, they're totally smooth and look fake, strung very tightly together so necklace hangs in awkward shape. Clasp does not work well, as choker length you need help to put necklace on. Do net recommend this brand. Probably best to buy pearls from a reputable jeweller.
