Love it. Super sturdy. Took about an hour to put together, but the instructions are really good. The little spring on the locking mechanism is useless and broke the first time I used it, but it's really not necessary. The locking mechanism is very strong and I don't even see why they put a spring on it. The wheels have grease teats, so you'll need an automotive grease gun for that. You'll need 1/2 inch 9/16 inch and 7/16 inch sockets and wrenches for assembly.It's really a great quality product and very heavy duty but still easy to drag around by hand. There are very strong lashing points molded into the plastic if you need to tie a bunch of crap into it. The holes can also be used to put upright stakes in if you need to extend the cart vertically for brush or something like that.

I bought it for my husband to put on the back of his ATV for getting wood. He loves it. It is very heavy duty.

I have a less expensive model than this but by the same manufacturer. Mine is the 10 cubic foot model, same poly bed and hauls 650 pounds (unit was around $150).It's built like a tank. The steel and hardware is all good quality and the best thing about it is that it all bolts together. No welds to pop when going over rough terrain. It's very quiet even on rough trails.The dump latch if very solid and only comes unlatch on the roughest of trails (going over large rocks and uneven rocky trails).I am VERY impressed with it and it was easy to put together.
