I believe it’s medium. My daughter wears these for musical theater with no problems.

Do these shoes stretch over time? I'm used to getting the Capezio brand which start off tight then eventually stretch to fit perfectly. Do these?

They stretch a little, but stay snug. I followed the manufacturer's guide for size selection and the shoes are a good fit.
