Within a year only the height adjusting mechanism is not working.Not at all happy with the product.

It's ok for this price range
It is ok... The back lay lock could have been better... For the cost I paid, I didn't find a better product online... Either pay 5k more and go for a better brand for more features... Or if this price is your budget, read the specification properly... If it has what you need, you won't be disappointed...

Highly satisfied
Package arrived in good quality. However i had to assemble the parts to have my chair. User manual for assembling was easy to follow. It took around 15 to 20 mins to assemble it. All tools to assemble were within package. So only a quick read and execution wad required. I feel the chair is sophisticated and meets my requirement.

Height adjustment is not working (jammed) after 10 months of use, unable to use the chair for office work.

The handles of the chair seem to be used and are not new...there are some cscratches on the seat of the chair as well. Disappointed!!
