I have created miniatures for decades and these kits are such an amazing project. They can be time consuming, but I enjoy them.

Such an amazing way to pass the time! This project took me around 15-20 hours to build. Instructions were very clear and the materials are of great quality. I personally recommend using tweezers, sharp pinpoint scissors, and Loctite super glue for construction. Do keep in mind that none of the pieces snap together, everything requires some sort of adhesive to stick together. Also, none of the art or decal pieces come as stickers. This build requires a lot of patience and creativity to cut everything out and place them onto some of the odd shaped construction units, but it’s worth it. If you think you are missing something, don’t panic, check the other bags, it’s likely placed elsewhere. Lastly, many pieces are smaller than a finger nail. I found the sushi making was the most tedious part of the build so I opted to skip some of the creations. 2AAA batteries required for the lights. This was my first time doing a scale build and I highly recommend this product. The result is INCREDIBLE. I can’t wait to purchase my next set! 4/5 stars only because my box was missing a door but it wasn’t a necessary piece to finish the build.

Gave to my sister

This kit was not too difficult to assemble. I enjoyed working on it and it looks great. The paper quality was very good, better than some kits I've built which helped with assembly. Purchase some good craft glue like Aleene's Tacky Glue. I also used a glue stick for some of the tinier paper projects. Some of the instructions were not exactly clear but I was able to assemble it with help from YouTube.

Difficult to put together. Didn’t come with glue. It was a gift and they tried to pit it together and it wasn’t easy. I doubt they’ll finish it.

This is difficult. I've tried twice to start it, lasted about 30 mins..lol. You got to really be into detailed models. Iv yet to get it done, the instructions are so daunting. Someday. It did not come with glue, so get some..and good luck !

I enjoy building these miniature dollhouses. This one is just adorable. I like Japanese themed houses and this one even captured my family's eye. A conversation piece when you have guests around. This was my fourth dollhouse built and will continue building. Ideal as a hobby as well.
