I don't find it that tasty but the thing is, I prefer health to taste. It depends on the person.The seeds are larger than most seeds and feel difficult to chew and digest.

Tastes great toasted on the stove in a skillet. Fresh. Great price. Doesn’t come from China. Store in the fridge to keep fresh. These seeds are a delicious snack. They crisp up in a hot skillet. Shake the pan over the heat so they don’t burn.

These are really tasty! I put them in salads, oatmeal, stews, and pop them into my mouth like candy. They are that good (and much better for me than candy!)
