So far this book is sitting my needs. Sometime I will compare with my colleagues book which is the edition before. I know there are less pages than the last edition, but there is an awful lot of material in here. My one gripe is the way the book is organized. So far I have had a hard time finding some things in this book. That is partly my fault, as I only look at the book when I need to look up something specific. I agree that the binding seems a little flimsy. I am pretty careful with how are i use it and where I put it. So I knocked off a star. But many urgent care providers use this book.
