Very uncomfortable - possibly impossible to tolerate for long periods. Perhaps a larger size would have been more comfortable? I bought medium thinking it might to too large- I'm quite small but it was far too tight under the arms. The photo of the model shows the straps lying flat. This buckled under the arms. I have tried interacting with the company to ask about sizing. The replies are unhelpful ie. 'I'll look'.
