I am very happy using the phone. It has been such a relief after having this phone, now I can remotely manage the phone and make required changes. The battery life is great and goes on for a few days so no stress to charge it everyday. The phone is definitely value for money and has a robust built quality. I doubt if one and get a phone that ticks all boxes at this price. The customer service is also quite helpful and they instantly replaced my charger which was damaged. They did not charge me anything for this.

Had purchased this product in June and Audio stopped working within 2 months, during the call the audio disappears in between and then you have to call back. Audio is audible after several attempts of call. Also i contacted the customer care through email as well as call, They placed a pick up from bluedart; however there is no invoice or any proof given of product submission. The only service centre which they claim to have is in Delhi and the excetive directly says, you give to bluedart we will check if there is any issue and then it will be replaced or returned. How can somebody handover without any challan so the person says then we cannot do anything, you decide. Pathetic customer service. Even to bluedart they have not given any product confirmation of the pickup, they have just mentioned to courier pickup upto 5 kg and they are not even aware what the product is. This is a Fraud company, Please do not BUY

My mom (senior citizen) is finding it convenient to use mainly for its larger keys, audio and speed dial. Thanks for this useful product. Battery life is also good.

The key board has distinct large kays and ehco of the numbers pressed. These features are very helpful for old people. Also the volume is excellent and am able to hear everything clearly. The battery life is also very good. If it is possible please include whatsapp in future phones.

Very Good And Easy To Use. I Fail To Reduce Brightness Of The Screen Because I Can't Adjust It. Name Editing In Hindi Is Not Possible.

I bought this phone in July 2024. I am putting this review after 14 months of usage. This one was for my father with age 60+. A few months it was ok, then a series of problems came. Specially it wont give ring or vibration when call comes. A couple of occasions this response from phone troubled me a lot. Now phone is behaving like one way traffic. Its not accepting incoming calls but permitting outgoing calls. I bought this phone by thinking that it will be helpful for senior citizens, but its the worst keypad phone i ever bought in my life. Finally I broke and trashed it so that no one in family could use it. Please stay away from this brand. I am not degrading any brand but senior citizen products must me friendly to them not the otherway. It does not provide basic standard also for this mammoth price.

We have been using Easyfone Elite for over 4 years. Excellent phone for elders, White keyboard which is good for visually impaired. Sound quality is great. Battery life is the only issue however it depends on the usage. Customer Care service is also very good. Always get quick response if any query. The only drawback for me is the back cover, it is very thin and can get cracked if you open and close it often.
