I grow hair on my chin and getting rid of it is a problem. Shaving leaves stubble and waxing is very painful. This device works great. Leaves skin smooth and hair free. Easy to clean, just click the head off. No battery was included. My only downside was no instructions hence 4 stars. I don't have a smart phone so couldn't scan code. Went to web site to see more. Just a bit bigger than a lipstick, can carry in make-up bag. Would buy again.

Easy to use, gentle on upper lip skin.
I moved from a Philips epilator to this due to recommendation. This is so much easier on the top lip, doesn't cause any inflammation or pigment change. It does remove the hairs gently. I'm actually using this less than I was using my epilator. I have been using it 3 weeks so will continue.
