I actually bought these on a deal price. On the gummies as delivery for vitamins/ supplements, I DONT think this method of delivery is viable. IF someone couldnt take actual collagen, this method is better than none. The taste? Tastes ok and then.... there is a little bite at the end of swallerin'. Nothing bad, but not as tasty as the gummie itself.

This is making my skin look better. Couple it with increase in water intake. I have aging skin and it looks less dull. It has no side effects for me and I take it at night. I know gummies aren’t great for you but I do like these for what I expected out of them which is life back in my skin.

They have a nice lemon flavor, and soft texture. The gummie is on the small side. They have B vitamins, biotin and collagen. I have noticed my nails growing faster and appear to be stronger. I haven't had any bloating or stomach issues. They seem to be working well for me.
