Is the opening big enough to reach inside to clean?

You could reach in but not reach around into all the areas to really clean. I'm thinking of using one of those dissolvable tablets that you put in water bottles with water and they clean the insides. I like this water dispenser, especially the size and how the bowl fills up - others fill very low - my dogs are drinking more water now.

Would this be ok outdoors in winter if wrapped with reflectix insulation

It’s just a clear plastic jug, a little heavier than a milk jug, sitting atop a plastic bowl. It really does it’s job well, and is very easy to clean, and I should think insulating it would be easy enough If you’re thorough.

Can a puppy destroy destroy this item? Is it good for outdoor use?

It is good for outdoor use. I would assume if a dog really put their mind to it, they could destroy it. BUT I have a puppy that destroys all and she has not managed to destroy this.

Do you sell replacement lids? Ours was dropped and the lid cracked into pieces.

This item has a warranty for 12months, why not try and get a hold of the manufacturer to see if they will cover.
