great pressure and relief
This massage stick delivers excellent deep‑tissue pressure and really helps loosen tight muscles after workouts. The rollers glide smoothly, and the build feels solid. It’s almost perfect, just requires a bit of effort to use on harder‑to‑reach areas.

Helps if your older and work out your legs too much.
Got a bike trainer and needed something for my sore legs. This works pretty well, rolls nice and smooth with a gentle but firm pressure on loosing my leg muscles. Sturdy enough I don't ever see it breaking. Its working well for what I need, but does seem to have limited uses.

It was for my mom post surgery to relieve her tight leg muscles and she love sit. It has worked great! I plan to use for my post run tighten muscles.

Quality is Poor: From taking on and off is poor quality.
Using this by yourself doesn't get deep, just surface. If you have someone that can assist it may be helpful. Please dont apply a lot of pressure it will crack. Not that satisfied.
