And when that wasn't available, this was the substitution offered. \"Yes, but two please!\" I replied when the message came up.\"Can only substitute original amount\" replied my shopper - before promptly closing the chat and making themselves unavailable.Now, in my mind, when you're talking about food, and items that was quite clearly intended to be the mainstay of a meal \"same amount\" is, like, and stop me if I'm being silly here, but THE SAME AMOUNT OF FOOD?Not, as was the case here, less than half?I have found shopping with Amazon problematic through lockdown - but irritatingly necessary at times. For example, the prices are significantly higher, and you only rarely get offered the multibuy deals - even if they're printed right there on the product.
