is the pedal blue or pink?

The one I received was pink. I believe it used to be blue, but confusion with the Tri-Reverb caused them to change it to pink. It's a great delay pedal for the money. Mine actually boosted the signal very slightly when engaged. This was fine with me because I generally used it for leads.

So is this a Bass or Guitar pedal? or does it even matter?

I bought it as a guitar pedal, but it could be used for bass as well.
