I was a little wary of this mouse since it was so inexpensive and looked like it might be quirky from being made out of bamboo (gimmicky maybe?), but happily, it works great and looks pretty cool. I have 4 to 3 machines that I work with and use a KVM (keyboard/video/mouse) switch to switch between them, and my KVM uses bluetooth through USB ports. This mouse uses a little USB dongle and is perfect for this use.This may be configurable, I don't know, but it automatically sleeps after some number of (maybe 20?) minutes, so sometimes I reach for it and wiggle it around with no commensurate cursor movement, but I left-click the mouse and it kicks right in. Its frequent sleeping probably extends the battery life in a big way, so it bothers me not! I've had it for about 3 months without any issues and are still on my original batteries.

It isn't as long as I'd like. I feel like I'm holding it with my fingers instead of my palm, but I'm thinking for the average sized hand, it would be perfect.

We really like this mouse. Love the idea that it's made from a renewable resource and potentially biodegradable if the innards are removed. BUT we just had to order a replacement. We ordered the first two mice in April 2020. One of the mice gave up the ghost in December 2020. The USB receiver still works. We changed the batteries, pushed the one button that's pushable. But the mouse stopped working. We've ordered two replacement mice but we can't afford to do this every 9 months. I hope the company will communicate with us to let us know that it's made improvements that will address this rapid wearout.

Best mouse I bought, and I have used dozens of different mouse brands in the past. It doesn't have all the bells-and-whistles typical of gamer's mouse, yet I don't like a gamer's (gaming) mouse. Its vertical scroll bar is silent. The trackball works smoothly and precisely. The ergonomics are a great fit for my hand. Although it's the heaviest mouse I have had, it moves easily, although I have used other mouse that move a little easier (perhaps because of their weight).

I like these things. I'm on my third one as I wear them out in 6 or 8 months. Eventually the scroll button will not scroll anymore but they're cheap and they're awesome and there's no plastic!

I like this mouse a lot! It feels good in my hand, and is, of course, a conversation piece!Original mouse that came had an issue where the batteries would not stay in - one kept popping out, and the magnet that holds that battery cover in place wasn't strong enough to stop it. The company, however, sent a replacement mouse right away -- and that one is perfect! So they are very responsive to any issues.

Final update for this mouse, January 5, 2018. I've had this mouse for about a year. As you can see below, the first one failed and the company replaced. However, now the replacement is acting up. Now, when I roll the wheel, it hesitates and doesn't know which way is up or down. Also, the scroll varies; one click might be a few lines or no lines. So, after a year of use most every day, I have to say that this item just doesn't live up to my expectations. I like the feel of the wood, which also makes it quiet; but what good is that if it doesn't work properly. (and yes, I did try new batteries!)Most recent update as of 27Apr2017. Thus far the replacement mouse has been working perfectly. The company actually shipped one special all the way from China and assured me that the replacement had been tested before shipment. So far, so good! If there's a problem, I'll update. One thing I did notice about this mouse is that because it's made of wood, the wood seems to absorb any sounds the mouse makes. It's not totally silent, but almost. Good mouse.Update! The seller contacted me with a very apologetic letter and is sending me a replacement for a test (I didn't even have to ask). I'll update again when I evaluate this replacement unit!Has a nice feel to it, being made of wood; but after a couple of months it quit working. Be aware that it only has limited functions; left right buttons, forward and back on the wheel, and wheel press. No left or right scroll on the wheel.

Was a Christmas gift and it arrived on time.Looks as advertised, will give feedback on the functionality later.Mouse functions well, was a great gift!!
