Works great, to add lift to my shorter leg. No more limping

I bought these to elevate the right side of an open-toed sandal that I didn’t want to return. My right leg is shorter than my left from a hip replacement, and I saw these shoes and really wanted them. These lifters worked very well for me to build up the right leg sandal. I had to use super glue to make them stick well, but they worked! I like the variety of sizes in the package. I recommend these!

Needed a heel lift for a walking boot. This fit perfectly. I was also going to need to go from a 1" lift to a 1/2" in a few weeks. This made it so I didn't have to buy 2 different lifts. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, it's difficult to get each layer lined up good enough. I can't tell you how many times I had to stick/unstick to get better alignment of each layer. Once I got them lined up enough it's been a great help in my healing.

Easy to insert into my shoe and the adhesive on the bottom keeps the heel lift in place while allowing removal to reposition. I placed mine under the insole. Very comfortable, not visible or obvious that I'm wearing a heel lift to minimize that my left leg is shorter than my right. Lastly, I wear an 8-1/2 to 9 Medium and these heel lifts fit perfectly without encroaching on my shoe arch! Will buy again!

easy to wear all day!! Fits different styles of shoes, - I never wear heels anymore, so cannot speak to that. These have been a lifesaver!!

I bought these at the recommendation of my chiropractor because she detected one leg shorter than the other. I wore them in shoes I wear a lot and my dance shoes & boots. After line dancing for an hour one time, I could hardly walk!! I limped around on a quick trip & when I got back I went to a podiatrist who told me that can happen. He gave me a foot sleeve for support & that helped relieve my pain. So, unfortunately I had to return these. They are very nice quality of you can stand them!! (Pun intended 😝)

These work well. I thought I wanted 3/8", but 1/4" works better. These allow me to make changes to the height of the lift. Also, I was able to get more sets out of each group.

there are 3 things I like about the Sumifun heel lifts: 1. they're clear and the top layer is beige on top so they're not noticeable in shoes or sandals, 2. they have 3 layers so you can choose how many layers you want to use, and 3. they stay stuck on, but are easy to move if they're crooked on your first attempt at sticking them in and you want to straighten them, or want to move them to a different pair of shoes. I haven't moved them to different shoes yet, and I hope the adhesive will hold if I do, but I plan to buy more anyway.

Following a recent total knee replacement surgery, my operated leg was 1/2 inch longer. This imbalance made me walk lopsided which then drastically impacted my hips and back. I was in increasing back pain as my mobility increased. From the day I put these lifts into the shoe of my non-operated leg, my walking balanced out and my back & hip pain became minimal. Because they’re a clear silicone, you can literally put them in any shoe and they’re not the slightest bit noticeable. I love them! They’re a true game changer.

I fractured my hip last year, a compression fracture which was undetected for several weeks. It has healed without intervention but has left the affected leg about 10mm shorter. I now need a heel lift in my shoe to avoid aching and discomfort in my lower back / hip. I was given solid silicon variable height lifts by the NHS but the solid layer under my heel increased the discomfort. These cushioned gel layers work very well. I use three layers and now have no discomfort in normal day to day activity. I mostly wear sneakers/trainers however as three of the layers out of four are clear and they are self adhesive they can even be used in sandals without being too obvious. I’ve also used two layers together with a T shaped gel heel grip (also self-adhesive and from Amazon) in slip on ballet flats and some court shoes, which also works well; the heel grip substitutes the third layer and keeps the shoe on when I need a more dressy look. Although I’m 64 I’m not ready to succumb to wearing ‘granny’ shoes with occasion outfits and these have been a godsend to allow me to continue to wear most of my occasion shoes.
