Helps with snoring
I bought these for my wife to block out my snoring. They did not work at first but she realized she did not have them in correctly. After a little play she says they work well. Because they are so far in her ear the can be uncomfortable but she generally likes them.

Uncomfortable and ineffective
I had zero luck with these. I know I have narrow ear canals, and I tried the smaller set several times. I was never able to get a good seal and so there was no noise cancellation at all. Once I really worked it in and it was actually painful and created a little suction that was so uncomfortable I had to take it out right away. In addition to not being able to get them in after trying for several days, I started looking around at other options and saw that the cheap grocery store earplugs that you can shape yourself actually provide the same (or slightly more) noise canceling than these do, but at a much lower price. I returned these and decided to just go without.

They're comfortable at least
Not noticeable, and very comfortable. I would suggest having these buds for when you want to block out your roommate doing dishes while you're in your room, 15 feet away, and door closed. Not great for taking out fan noise, radio music, dog breathing, misophonia people beware. Look into better reduction buds.

Good Noise Reduction some Discomfort
So my boyfriend and dog snore like old men. I use to get up and go sleep in the spare room so they were muffled. I bought these ear plugs because I couldn't sleep in the spare room (we had guest coming) and normal ones would fall out or just let to much noise through. I didn't realize the sizes actually were different because I used the bigger ones the first few nights but would wake up with pain in my ear canals. So try the sizes and make sure it's comfortable. Once I switched to the smaller size I was good. As for the noise, it's not completely noise canceling but once you get the right size and put them in correctly (I really have to twist and push it into my ear canal, these need some force to get into position) it can muffle a good amount. I sleep a lot better and I am a very hearing sensitive sleeper. I use to wake up quite a few times from hearing snoring but now I don't wake up during the night. I will warn I do wake up in pain if I am too forceful. So if you have a hard time getting them in sometimes a tiny bit of water or peroxide can help it might not be recommended but that's what helps me when I don't want to push super hard. I do recommend these especially if you want to spend a little extra money for a better product than what the local store sells. I have had these for 2 months now and I don't regret it.

excellent noise canceling
Last night I wore these air plugs to bed. There was an auto accident outside of my window and all the neighbors ran out to see what happened. A flat bed truck came to take away the damaged car. I didn't hear a thing. I think that says it all. In the beginning I thought these air plugs were not comfortable. But then I realized I was not wearing them correctly and I have no problem with them sleeping. And I am a light sleeper.

They don't work as advertised in my experience.
I was excited to get these in the mail, as I've recently been forced into a very noisy environment where hearing others snore very loudly is not optional. It may be that I'm somehow not understanding how to wear them properly, but it shouldn't be so difficult to put these on. These earplugs work no better than ordinary foam earplugs, and I've tried both sizes. Much to my disappointment, they don't block out, absorb, or dampen sound like you might expect. You can still very much hear a person snoring loudly in the same room, as well as other sounds in the environment. I've tried to insert them into my ears according to the instructions several times, but I don't even get a consistent seal. They work okay, but nowhere near as well as advertised and actually less well than much cheaper earplugs I've used. They're relatively comfortable and easy to remove, but the main selling point, in my experience, falls rather short.

High quality and effective ear plugs
These ear plugs really block out sound very effectively. They are fairly easy to insert and as long as you are careful in your placement of the plug's little "handle" easy to remove in the morning. I would definitely buy these again.

Waste of $$
I use ear plugs nightly and these have been the worst yet. They are two small and are supposed to come with 2 sizes, but it was 2 of the same size. Because they are too small, they are hard to pull out when you have to shove them in so deep. There is a hard plastic piece in the center that you feel in your ear while sleeping and this hurts. They are clear/light blue, so you can not see them in the dark if they fall out during the night! Most importantly, it does NOT muffle sound!! I have used much better softer, cheaper ones that actually cancel the noise! Don't waste your $$$โฆ
