This thing is simple, but it really works well. You will get quite a burn in your forearms doing just a few sets of 12-15 reps a few days a week, even without much weight attached. It is a great addition for my home gym.

For anyone looking to strengthen your wrists or recover after a wrist injury, all you need is one or two days a week using this equipment. It's important to stretch your wrist before hand and give time to recover. I have managed to fully recover from a wrist injury (there was a point I couldn't even hold a plate) and my hands are much stronger when I weight lift.That being said, I took one star out for two reasons, which we shouldn't have to deal with. First, the carrabiner holding the weighted section barely opens enough to slip it out, they really need a larger carrabiner. Second, the nylon strap keeps getting stuck on the edges of this wrist roller, they should've made it wider to account for that. Works exactly how I imagined it. I don’t really like the metal “stick” where you hold the weight because that is too long for what the tool is meant for and could honestly be shortened to about 3-5” instead of the 10” that makes it a little tricky to store in my gym bag. Although the mechanics and functionality work to perfection!

It’s easy to set up and doesn’t take to much weight to get your forearms tight. Works smooth, yes you can also use your bench and bar with a rope, but this is so much easier and you can take it anywhere.

I was worried that my one inch weights wouldn’t work with this item because of a review I read but they work perfectly. The s hook detached easily to allow change of weights an reattaches just as easily. I don’t know why the reviewer would write that. The quality of the item is top notch. Very happy.

Love how simple and easy this device is to setup and use. Nothing crazy and you always feel the muscles getting worked in the forearms. I've hurt the muscles in my forearms from overuse and it put myself out for a week. Keep yourself strong and in the game by keep up with the stabilizer muscles as well

It's well constructed and does what it's suppose to do.

Works well as intended, but comes with a bit of a rubbery/plastic factory smell when you touch it. After giving it a bit of a wash it goes away so the smell doesn't stick to you hands.Overall it works well, just rinse it off before you use it to get rid of the factory scents!
