You need to shake the tube for about 30 seconds to completely dilute the product or you will get the white film mentioned by others. Apply a generous amount. And apply over your foundation. I don’t recommend using any eye creams or serums when using this product. This lasts for hours on me and temporarily gets rid of bags and wrinkles. I will buy it again because it works for me.

i’m not sure what happened with this product. I have purchased it in the past, but this time it is so watery when I squeeze the tube it literally pours out. You have to shake it, but that doesn’t matter. It is basically unusable. Sending an email to the company to see if there was a change in this product or perhaps just a bad batch.

OK. We all want to find the miracle cream instead of surgery. Well, just know that ain't going to happen. But, this cream is pretty close to it. I've had botox, fillers and microblading... very expensive procedures. PRO: This cream really gives immediate results that last all day long. I dab it on my forehead, under my eyes, and corners of my eyes and my smile lines. Give it a few minutes, your skin will tingle and then they totally flatten out. My sister watched it happen to my face and just gasped! I looked great! CON: It leaves a bit of a white residue, not too much, which I kind of 'scrape' at after it dries so it's not so visible. And, your skin will be a bit tight and a bit dry. Overall, this cream is perfect for a special night out when you really want to look extra refreshed. I will continue to use it!

I bought this because I was looking for a more effective eye cream. Most eye "creams" are just that, creamy but not very effective for reducing puffiness and dark circles. This product promised to do that, and in a way it did. But I have two reservations: first, although it worked great, after it wore off, it seemed to leave the puffiness worse. Second, and this is the serious one: I believe it might actually be too strong for some sensitive under and around the eye skin. Remember that anything you put on your skin will be somewhat absorbed, and anything you put under or around your eye can get in the eye. This stuff shrinks and paralyzes, of course temporarily, but when it comes to paralysis, any length of time might not be safe. As time passes, the residue is tiny but grainy. A little in the eye is not like getting a little makeup or mascara there. I will not use it again, because the area around my eye hurt even after I removed the product. It may work fine on some people; it may be useful for other places on the face. But I think there should probably be a slight warning on the tube about use around the eyes.

Over priced for small amount

I received this today and tried it. Under my right eye, I have a small sagging pouch which has developed with age (I'm 59) and is also more exaggerated due to sleeping on my right side. I read the directions carefully and applied it, but since the product is so thin (water-like), you don't really think you're getting enough on the areas you are treating. Within 5-7 minutes the sagging area was gone - I was shocked!! However, I then looked in the magnifying mirror and the white residue was pretty bad, so I had to smooth it out with water, which then took most of it off. I blame myself for applying too much and since I was in a hurry to get somewhere, I couldn't wash my face and start from scratch again. I will be trying this again tomorrow and pay close attention to how much I apply - a VERY small amount only. I'll be back with an update! Update: after reading more reviews, I realized the product isn’t supposed to be watery and was defective. The picture shows the 2 tubes I purchased. The one on the right is defective (different cover and color of print on the tube) and the one on the left is the second tube I received. I contacted Amazon Customer service and they contacted Serious Skincare, who refunded my money. I purchased another and the second tube is exactly as it should be, a very light almost salmon colored cream. I tried it again and WOW, what a difference! Again, a very small amount is all that is needed and must be applied swiftly.

Was hoping to have great results like some reviewers but no such luck. The results were pretty good at first but the temporary firming lasted only about an hour or 2. Disappointing. I have tried the Instant FirmX by Peter Thomas Roth, Plexaderm, and Westmore 60-Second Eye Effects. If I had to rate this it would be bottom of the list for longevity and effectiveness. But #1 for price value. It's the least expensive one if you want to try a temporary firming cream. In terms of general performance it works the same as the other 'firming' creams I listed. It does have some actual skincare ingredients in it, which is nice as most others do not. 1. It can only be applied on clean dry skin with no serums or creams or it will not 'firm' 2. Can't be used with liquid makeup 3. It will leave a white residue if too much is used 4. Must not move the areas where applied for at least 3 minutes Some women have liked this much better than others out there so it effectiveness seems to be based on individual skin type. I like it and will continue to use it, but I won't purchase again.

Love this stuff! It makes you look refreshed for the day. Most of the time I wear it alone without foundation. It makes your skin look that look! Get some asap!
