Are they waterproof or water resistance will my dog paws stay dry if we play in the rain?

Not waterproof at all! Misleading advertising. They are no more waterproof than a running shoe. With a short walk in light rain their paw may stay dry. But long walks or playing in rain and snow will result in soaked boots and paws.

Do they come off easily whdn dog is running ?

For my dog, the boots come off while walking outside. They work in wood floors in the house for a little bit. His back feet are much skinnier than his front feet and he will ‘lose’ them first.

Our dog is getting old and having troubles getting up on slicker surfaces. Do you think they would help him get better traction to get up easier?

We used some similar to these for our elderly dog and they helped immensely. We didn’t have any more falls on the hardwood floors.

Are these shoes good for running on pavement? We bike while our dogs run, often 2-6 miles at a time - will these hold up?

If you use them properly, making sure you get the right size so they don’t slide off as their walking, the sole of the shoe is a bit bulky but other then that these are perfect
