I'm not implying causation, but shortly after I started using this stuff I wound up in the ICU for Diabetic Ketoacidosis. I nearly died. Before this I had ordered a second box so as to not miss delivery when I am moving. Now I see that my completely unopened package (still in sealed Amazon Prime box) is not eligible for return. Seventy bucks out the window. Buyer beware.

I really wanted to like this shake. SO many great reviews on Amazon and other shake review Websites. However, where it maybe be amazing in its health benefits and flavor, it fails in the equally important area of texture. No matter what I mixed this with (milk, fruit juices, water, etc) and in whatever proportions, every time I still felt like I was drinking sand. Fine gain beach sand but still sand. The kind of sand that grinds the back of your throat with every gulp. Its pretty bad. To top it off, tho the flavor is pretty good, the smell isn't quite right. Its a bit of a sour milk smell even with just water. I brought 30+ packs of the stuff I need to slog through but can't say I'll reorder.

This is one of the best tasting shakes I have had, my only issue with it is the very high sodium content. The vanilla and salted carmel have no potassium and extremely high sodium. For folks who have high-BP, this could be an issue. The chocolate has 100 mg of potassium and the best sodium/potassium ratio. But I loved the variety pack choices. If there was more potassium, and less sodium this would have been a 5 star review, its a great product in every other aspect.

I have never written a negative review feeling people should make up their own mind… but, I purchased this after reading a review from some”supposed non biased company”comparing 310 with KaChava which I have a subscription and am pleased with the quality but is also pricy.First of all the ingredients do not even come close to compare with KaChava’s superfoods and nutritional blend. Not only are the nutrients lacking the taste is horrible, I purchased a variety pack and tried different flavors and even the plain vanilla has such a harsh stevia chemical taste that can’t be masked with any amount of fruit as an additive and also contains 400mg of sodium per serving! Please so your research beforePurchasing especially if yourused to a quality product like KaChava. Unfortunately there are no returns even if you have purchased packets.

Have been trying the different flavors and really struggled with liking anything besides chocolate and even that I was unsure of.Then I bought an Immersion handheld blender, what a world of difference! No shaker bottle, no counter top blender, those just left me with feeling “blah” about drinking these.But once I started blending in the glass! They are thicker and the powder is blended in! I use ice, instant coffee crystals ( good stuff not cheap) unsweetened almond milk and depending on the flavor I add a splash of southern sweet cream coffee creamer.Think I have finally decided to order more, I love that I feel full for hours ( but not too full) Love feeling like I put something good in my body to feel full rather than junk on the go.

The pictures show how the box arrived which is concerning. Gladly, the contents inside were not impacted. Otherwise the shakes are good. It's been 3 weeks of drinking them twice a week. It may be too early to tell, but I haven't noticed any physical changes, yet. It's possible that I'm already slender and it'll take longer to see any changes. I'm trying to loose some inches I've added throughout the pandemic. I've read many positive reviews so I'm still hanging in there.
