A: The pants are slightly on the small side, so my husband has a 32 - 34 waist, but I buy a medium. So I suggest that a large would be suitable.

A: Hello - ProtechDry has a sewed in absorbent area (not removable), that goes from the top front area all the way down to the seam in the crotch area, that it is enough to hold light incontinence/urinary leaks. If you wish extra protection, you can use any regular pad that you can find in the pharmacies and/or supermarkets. Thank you.

**Q: Are these boxer briefs noticably bulky at the front?**
A: They are not bulky at all. Although there is the thin padding absorbent area in the front, they look like any regular underwear from the outside.

**Q: do u need nappy liners as well**
A: We found shaped pads ideal to wear with these pants as there is no absorbent pad inside.
