I love these cookies. What a joyful treat to melt in your mouth. Quality and freshness were terrific.

Ever since I ordered 12 boxes, I find Bahlsen's the best chocolate cookie around. The second time I ordered however -- in July -- all the cookies in all the boxes had melted en route, melted and re-dried, creating discolored cookies and blotches of melt. Unsightly and unable to share with guests. Very disappointing. But when I reached out to the company, they were most helpful and responsive. Not only the best cookie, but excellent service. Highly recommended

The combination of the cookie and chocolate is perfect. Very difficult to eat just one!

These cookies, made in Germany and sold in the U.S. on Amazon, taste fantastic. We liked them so much that in Germany that we brought 19 boxes back with us from Berlin yesterday. And before leaving Germany, we ordered from Amazon the same cookies (although in US packaging). Tonight we opened an Amazon box, and the chocolate on the cookies was malformed and melted. Very unappealing. I took a photo that shows the melted cookies from Amazon, and below that, the identical cookies we brought from Germany.

Good Cookies-nice with milk, tea or coffee.

If you like dark chocolate, this is it!!

Really fresh. Cookie was delicious tasting and the rich, dark chocolate was too! Will order again. Came quick delivery. Convenient to order from them. All 3 packages FRESH as they could be!

The cookies are great. The packing, not so much. Shipper simply wrapped 3 boxes with clear plastic wrap. As a result, some of the cookies were broken. For the price, you expect the product to be imtact.
