I purchased this product for pressing my tofu. The product works well and it does what it says it does. The only issue i have is winding the little knobs; it can get cumbersome. Have to be very careful not to drop the little part that come with it. Also, the description state that it should come with like a little cloth but it does not. It only comes with the screws and the bamboo press. Over all a good product but i don't use it as much as i thought due to all the turning of the little knobs. It came well packed and the shipping was fast. Do i recommend????? I don't know... i guess if you have time to tinker with it than yes. If not, buy one that is much easier to press.

I really wanted this to work. I love the look, the use of bamboo and had high hopes. With this product you need the patience of a saint. The set up is simple but cumbersome. To avoid the tofu from splitting, you need to turn the screws gradually and slowly, don’t try to do it too quickly or the tofu will break apart. The tray underneath isn’t deep enough to collect all the liquid that drains from the tofu and it spilled over onto the countertop. I had better luck with a cooling rack, baking tray and cast iron pan as it was less work with a better reward.

This allows you to slowly torture the moisture out of your tofu, I highly recommend.

We like tofu when water expressed. Used to use a clean lint free dish towel wrapped around the block with heavy cans weighted on top. This works great! Keep tightening the thumb screws until it reaches the desired dryness.

I like that it’s made of bamboo and not plastic. It works great, just adjust the screws to the amount of pressure you want.It’s very solid and I think it will last for a long time. I would recommend treating with mineral oil periodically as you would a bamboo cutting board

It was easy to put together, took a little practice to get an even press. Easy to clean and works well.

Definitely worth the money since my one son uses plenty of extra firm tofu for certain recipes.It's sturdy, easy-to-use design makes it to press all the water out of your extra firm tofu

One of the wing nuts used to put pressure on the tofu was stripped and I had to buy a replacement. I considered sending it back but the return postage was more than the nut. The wing nut small so tightening it is a pain. Other than that it does work well, squeezing out most of the water out of extra firm tofu in about an hour. Cleans up easy and looks like like it will last a long time

I like that this press removes more water than my old stack of books/pots filled with water or whatever I could find. The instructions say to use paper towel the absorb the water, but I don’t like the paper towel taste that is transferred, so I keep the press on a plate and just tip it into the sink when needed.A bit difficult to clean, but it can be taken apart to clean, too.All in all, it works as it should.

Le produit a bien été livré mais il n'y a pas de tissu pour presser le fromage ou le tofu. Et l'étiquette d'instruction était tout plein de gras. Le press tofu ne semble pas avoir été utilisé mais c'est dommage que l'annonce ne correspond pas au produit.

Just the right size. The wing nuts are a little cumbersome and I will change them but otherwise, love it.

It came to me with different nuts on it and was used otherwise it’s ok.. I don’t Appreciate being sold something that’s supposed to be new been used than pass as new still.
