The Icon series have ergonomic POM handles with double bolsters. I particularly like the semi bolstered blades that makes sharpening the full length of the blade easier than a full bolster. They are designed to be kept sharp with just a regular polish with a steel. Precision made, nothing flashy, just excellent quality for a lifetime of real world use.
