An article published in the International Journal of Dermatology called, “ Effect of caffeine and testosterone on the proliferation of human hair follicles in vitro,” says that caffeine exposed hair follicles showed signs of growth in people with androgenic alopecia. This product is for men and women. It said that it does not contain minoxidil. So, I guess, people who can not use minoxidil (Rogaine) because some health issues can try this formula. I am not sure that it re-grows hair but it helps to keep them strong. . Before using any of hair regrowth products you have to address the root cause. My thinning hair came with 1. Age 2. I had a baby 1 year ago and just stopped breastfeeding=hair loss big timeVitaGrowth is pretty effective at maintaining hair.My mom tried it with me for 2 weeks as well. Here is her suggestion on what you should do:1. Finding the root of the problem (thyroid, age, etc)2. Stop using harsh chemical products for your hail.
