What are the measurements of the bowl?

I'm not sure of the exact measurements of the bowls but I think they are perfectly sized for individual soup bowls. We use them for rice and cereal, too!

Are they Microwave safe?

Yes I've used them in the microwave at least 3 minutes and they were fine,a smigde warm as there is no handle though.

I have not tried them in the oven, they are prep bowls for me
