Solid All Around (Reverb)
Price, Durability, Function, Sound, Size? This little pedal checks all the boxes for me. If you just need something solid and dependable for a reverb without all the frills, then look no further. For the price it can't be beat. Built like a tank, has a protective cover to save your knobs (and settings) from getting accidentally broken (or moved). Works flawlessly as it should. The knobs and switches feel sturdy and don't wiggle or feel frail. Don't let the size fool you either... Sure it's small but it fits literally anywhere on my board and sounds pretty damn good for a (twenty some) dollar reverb pedal. The one draw back in my mind is that the power socket is near the input jack which makes it tough to place with 90degree jumpers. (They tend to get in each others way) But, if it were on the front like most, I'm sure someone would say it's inconvenient for their set up so I don't take any points off for this. It has to go somewhere so pick your battles. To me, next to the cord input is never ideal. All in all a solid all around pedal, well worth the price! Also, just some food for thought, The company has been very good communicating (with me at least) when I have had any issues. Some (A lot actually) don't care and will never even answer an email or phone call. Just sayin.

Very good, Adjust Carefully and Listen
Very good for the price; not meant as an insult. Well constructed all metal quality parts. Very nice packaging, too bad one of the storage boxes was damaged somewhere in shipping. As with all such devices, digital or even analog such as springs, you must adjust in small increments, listen carefully, and don't try to push too far. Ignore the reverb type labels to start and actually listen to each setting in isolation. Is it what you want? Increment the decay control in very tiny increments around 1/3 rotation as small changes create large differences. Also driving too hard creates a great deal of noise or distortion on tails as the samples build up and this would be true of any similar digital hardware or software. May be useful to front end with a repeating delay - short reverb cycles repeatedly for a longer event.

I swear I reviewed this already...
Seriously. For pretty much every afford-a-board that I build, this is the reverb pedal. The various functions do exactly what they say. You want hall? Plate? Spring? You got it. Is it a freakin' tank that you can stomp on all day without breaking it? You got it. Does it sound good? Absolutely yes. It's a true bypass so keep that in mind for the buffers on your longer chains. But it's a freakin' fantastic pedal. Buy now. Buy again later for another board. Win on all fronts.

Solid Reverb Option
Bought this to add some reverb to my Earthquaker Devices Easy Listening. It's perfect! Are there better reverb pedals out there? Absolutely. But for the price and for my situation, I am very happy with this little pedal. It was easy to dial in, and the cover over the controls is a nice addition, especially since it's so small. Would definitely recommend.

Compact. And a decent sound at a decent price
I'm sure there are other reverbs that sound better, but I doubt they come at this price and at this size. If you're looking to save money and room on your pedal board, this is probably as good as you can do.

Hard pass.
Not worth it. Made my signal chain sound hissy.
User
Good pedal especially for the price.
This is a great little unit for the price If you just need a basic reverb.I like it better than the EH holy grail which I sold because that pedal was noisy even when it was off and affected my sound negatively when hooked up. The Joyo does what I need it to do at half the price without adding hiss and noise.

YES!!!
I was using a kemper with the built in effects for a long time but decided to bring it home and go back to Tube amps for live. This pedal is running in the loop with a carbon copy on a marshall dsl20 hr and it is so so good. I love the lid over the controls to stop me from stomping on the controls. Ive used the kemper reverbs, tc hall of fame reverbs and so on. I wanted something small for the mini pedal board and this thing is perfect!! Dont spend tons of money on authentic verbs or verbs that are twice the cost. This thing is worth every penny.
