Seiko Analog Men's Watch Stainless Steel

I recently bought this Seiko watch from Amazon via seller: Ramm Watch Boutique and wanted to share my honest experience. First off, the watch is 100% authentic. I was able to successfully register it for Seiko’s 3-year e-warranty without any issues. Just a heads up: it doesn’t come with a physical manual or warranty card anymore, as Seiko provides everything online now. Coming to the design, the watch is absolutely beautiful. The blue sunburst dial is the highlight, although in real life it appears darker and can even look almost black in low light. That said, it has a very elegant and subtle charm. It’s one of those watches that really grows on you over time. For sizing reference, my wrist is about 6.7 inches, and the fit is spot on. It actually looks better on the wrist than in photos i.e. not too big, not too small. If your wrist size is similar, you can confidently go for it. The only drawback I can point out, is the bracelet. The quality is decent for the price range, but with only two micro adjustments, getting a perfect fit can be tricky. In my case, it’s decent (not perfect but gets the job done), but still comfortable enough for daily wear. You can always switch to a leather strap or a different bracelet if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It definitely doesn’t feel like money wasted. This is also my first mechanical automatic watch, and it has intrigued me even more and sparked a deeper interest in watches.

Simple but elegant design from reputed brand like Seiko.

Its authentic, serial number at the back is verified, suitable for only slim wrists, 38-40mm dial size. Bigger wrist can go for SRPD range 42-44 mm .Dial rims are shiny, bracelet is gunmetal silver, transparent machinery at the back, using it for 6 months now everyday, its durable. Worth the purchase.

I'm a bit lazy to write review but this watch made me do it. One thing is its a good value for money entry level automatic daily wear watch. Kindly don't compare it with 40~50k range or more expensive automatic watches which has more accuracy, stronger build and finishing. Looks beautiful due to the sunburst dial; size & weight are perfect for a 6~6.5inch diameter wrist. If you have a bigger wrist like 7~7.5in, then the watch might look small. Indian price for Seiko watches is a bit more compared to the Japan prices. So, just a pro-tip: Shortlist all the Seiko watches which you like in India, try it out on your own wrist in showrooms and get it from Japan yourself if traveling or via a friend in case that may be a scenario. You might save around 25~35%. So, this same watch will cost you around 25k-30k yen which is roughly around 15~17k inr. (Weight 123gm after I removed 5links)

This beautiful piece exudes royalty in simplicity. The weight is well balanced. The material is sturdy. There's a handcrafted feel to its strap. It's just perfect for any occasion, anywhere. No need to invest so much money in quartz watches; just buy this, and it will be alive for your lifetime.

The particular piece I received had some major issues- 1. On trying to change the date, it was not moving properly. 2. The bezel had scratches on closer inspection. Due to the issues, I took it to an authorised Seiko dealer in my city. After inspecting the watch, he confirmed my suspicions. Although he checked that the manufacturing date of that piece wasn’t long back (April 2024), the watch wasn’t in the best condition. He asked me to immediately return the item- which I did without any hassle.

Watch looks were good and it was eye pleasing. The performance of the watch is also top notch. The watch performs as how it is intended to. The time is also accurate and is plus minus 10 seconds than the original set and now maintaining the same time for 15 days. Lume is bright but fades of within minutes. Overall a watch worth of its price. Need to wait to check the long term performance So far so good

The watch is amazing and has a beautiful sunburst blue dial and looks great on wrist. Perfect size for mosts mens wrists and a great gift for anyone that likes watches! The only complaint is the cheap feeling Bracelet and clasp that comes with the watch however that is expected foe a watch at this price range.

I have had 2 Seiko watches previously which I really liked and this model did not disappoint. It looks great and the dark blue face appears to change colour slightly in different lighting conditions. What I really like is the movement, especially the fact that the second hand “sweeps” in a continuous movement, rather than jerking second by second. This is a feature normally found in more expensive watches like Rolex or Omega. A bonus as far as I am concerned. The stainless steel strap is comfortable and fits perfectly with a secure clasp. It does permit slight adjustment on the clasp itself, rather than removing links. All in all a great purchase at the price available on Amazon. I have only owned this watch for a short time, so cannot really comment on the accuracy of the time-keeping, but if previous Seiko watches are to go by this will be very accurate. Same goes for scratch resistance and water resistance.

Questo é il mio secondo Seiko, il primo un Skx pepsi. La cassa è la slim classica, ma di dimensione ridotte, il diametro é di 40mm, e lo spessore é ridotto al limite per incassare il calibro 4R36. Quest'ultimo, é dotato di fermo macchina e di carica manuale. Pur essendo lo scarto massimo dichiarato da Seiko +45/-35 s/die, dopo quasi un mese, lo scarto medio é di circa +7 s/die. Un risultato davvero notevole. L'impermeabilità é di 100m, per il tipo di orologio,assolutamente adeguata. La corona é a pressione, e consente quindi la ricarica senza essere estratta. Consiglio di verificare che sia in sede prima di bagnare l'orologio. Il cinturino per la fascia di prezzo non é male, ma la clasp é di lamierini. La parte migliore tuttavia, é il quadrante, davvero ipnotico specialmente in blu. Gli indici sono ricoperti in superluminova, una pasta fluorescente di Seiko che al mattjno, ancora permette una buona visibilità dell'ora. Il vetro, nonostante non sia uno zaffiro, presenta una buona trasparenza e discrete capacità antiriflesso. In conclusione, lo trovo ottimo come everyday watch, o come primo passo nell'orologeria classica.
