I’m a firm believer that this has helped reduce my migraine frequency and pain and also has helped me to sleep much deeper at night! I’ve dealt with hormonal migraines the last 4 or so years and finally gave this magnesium a try. It took time to take effect but I really do think I experience less migraines and the ones I do get are way less intense. I got out of habit of taking my magnesium around the holidays last year and mentioned in passing to my mom in January that I hadn’t been sleeping very well or deeply for a while. She asked if I had still been taking my magnesium and I told her I hadn’t in a month or so. That night I took it before bed and I promise I could tell a noticeable difference in my quality of sleep that night! I never miss a day now! I’m a big fan of this product and think it’s an amazing value for almost a year’s supply!

FOR PERIOD CRAMPS
COMPLETELY CHANGED THE GAME FOR MY PERIOD. I take this the first few days of my period and it takes my cramps from a 100/10 pain score to a 3/10 pain score. AMAZING. If you have bad cramps on your period you HAVE to take these.

This helps me sleep and TKO me out every time
I bought this at Amazon Fresh store on clearance on a whim. I tried magnessium glycinate in hope it helps with my sleep but that didn't work well - then when I started taking this during middle of the day it knocked me out within a few hours. Then I started to take it at night to help me sleep and it work better than the magnessium glycinate. Not sure it will work the same for other people but it works for me and i am happy. This come as a tablet and other was in a pill form so not sure if tablet absortion works better I need to do some testing to confirm that.
