I like the price, the images are decent quality (and so often on exams the pictures are not great resolution anyway), and the case mix is about right--not too hard not too easy. I like that the cases are presented as unknowns, followed by a solid succinct description of the findings (as if a report), and then a diagnosis and the differential. At the end there is a discussion of the diagnoses and some helpful tips. Well worth the money!
