Mosaics for the Home and Garden: Creative Guide, Original Projects and instructions (Art and crafts)

Using this book, I taught myself how to create mosaics! She told me materials to buy, modeled in pictures how to use each, and photographed the steps in the process. Now I have beautiful repurposed old ceramic coasters into beautiful mosaic ones, empty candle jar into a mosaic vase, and LOTS more on my "to-do" list now! Next up, mosaic stepping stones and planters for my gardens!

Love the book. I emailed Sigalit with a question and she answered super quick. Very helpful to a beginner. Her instructions are clear and I love her photos - plus the free book that she offers at the end of the book gives so many suggestion with photos to start my next project.

Once again Sigalit Eshet has nailed another book on Mosaics. I have EVERYONE of Sigalit Eshet's Mosaic books and I love this one as much as all the others! It has beautiful pattern ideas and fantastic photos with instructions! Highly recommend this book!

Obviously this author's primary language ISN'T English. Very difficult to follow instructions. She should get some translating help. I may return the book since I really can't understand some of her instructions. Format and pictures are great but good luck with the instructions.

The book suggests the tools you will need and has many illustrations of finished projects but no detailed instructions in how to begin a starter project. Good as a first step to get you more interested in creating your own projects. Several tools are listed and safety precautions are suggested.to do the projects you would like to tackle. Gets you imagination stirred up to move forward.

I loved this book. I did some mosaic projects before and this book was full of great ideas and information! Step by step instructions, very helpful for people like me. I mostly loved the birds on the flowers pot; this is the mosaic project I'm going to do now.

Good book for those looking for ideas. Some issues with English usage, but still understandable. Good photos and step by step explanations.
