My traeger 575 has the pellet hopper on the right side, does this cover have the logo on both sides so that regardless what side your hopper is on.

I can't get a cover for my Traeger 575 - you candled the over do to lack of availability - but do need one with hopper on the left side -

Does it fit a Traeger 22 hopper on the left side?

Yes. This cover, BAC503, is the correct cover for the Pro 22. The covers are reversible to cover the hopper on either side of the grill and still have the logo visible.
