Hydraplenish, BioCell Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Capsules, 60 ct

I take 2 pills a day, one in the morning and one at night. I was really skeptical about how well this product has worked for some. I went into this not really expecting much difference, if any at all. As a runner, sometimes the joints in my knees and ankles will "click" or sometimes, depending on the terrain I am running on, my ankle joint will hurt; which stems from a surgery I had when I was 12. In any event, I ran 5 miles last night and the pain was a lot less than normal. The soreness in the joint was not as prevelant as it was all these years. Even this morning, I have to stretch my legs for a minute or two before I get out of bed, but today I did it for only about half the time to achieve the same results. I think this is making a difference, although I have not noticed any changes to my skin yet (maybe this takes longer?). All in all, if you are skeptical I say try it. It's not really expensive considering it will last you a month and if it does help it is going to help a part of your body which can take all the help it can get.

This is my second or third bottle of this now and I see no changes in my skin or anything however I do take very good care of my skin so I don’t know how much better it could be not to be weird. I also drink tons of water, so I don’t see any difference in the shape of my face or anything like that. Although I’m not seeing or filling any differences, I will keep taking this because I know it’s supposed to be good for your heart. If anything, I just wanna take care of my body.

This has helped my skin and hair tremendously. I take Two everyday and can really see a difference. I wont ever not have these in my arsenal.

These are easy to swallow. They seem to be working. Fewer aches and pains. And the collagen ingredient seems to be helping my skin. They do not disclose the dosing, ingredients, and milligram content of the hyaluronic acid on their description which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. If I had known it was not pure hyaluronic acid, and that two capsules need to be taken (making it more expensive than other options), I doubt I would have ordered it. However, it's a good product.

I stumbled upon Hyaluronic Acid years ago when I had no insurance and was researching what I could do about my terrible knee pain. For some reason I stopped taking it and my knee pain came back with a vengeance . . . Walking up stairs was very painful and I could hear my knees cracking but it was while walking down stairs that the pain was the most acute - for some reason walking down stairs sideways made it a bit more manageable but why just try to manage pain when stuff like this is available? So once again I turned to Hyaluronic Acid. The dose of 2 pills a day was not enough but after just one say of a 4 pills per day dose my knee pain was 80% better and continues to improve. It is just such a relief and I know anyone with knee pain will understand that statement. I'm hoping that eventually I'll be able to drop down to 2 a day for maintenance but one thing I do know is I will never make the mistake of stopping taking this. I can't help but wonder how many doctors out there would recommend giving Hyaluronic Acid a try as opposed to some kind of knee surgery. I feel not many and that makes me sad.

I love this product I feel like a new person by taking this every day! I can walk with no pain. I don't limp. I was told I would have to have two knee replacements in the future and that why not try this product. My sister told me about this in November and I thought it won't help. Well, I was in so much pain and nothing the doctor gave me was helping me. So, I thought why not try this product. It works great. I bought this product first then realized I should get the one with MSM. So, I purchased that product as well! My husband is feeling better with his torn rotator cuff and I feel wonderful . I actually bend my knee back while sitting at my office desk. Before all I could do was keep the leg straight out!

I recommend this product to anyone that is having problems with pain in their knees. I was a good candidate for knee replacement surgery. The pain was excruciating. My doctor gave me the synavisc injections in my knees once a week for 3 weeks to see if it would work for me. It took about a month and the pain was gone so needless to say I did not need the surgery. Then a friend mentioned that she was taking Hydraplenish for her knee pain so I ordered it from Amazon since it contained the synovial fluid which is in the synavisc injections. The major pain was originally gone from the synavisc injections but eventually I start getting twinges of pain again about a year later but it was bearable. I started taking the hydraplenish and It took the twinges of pain away. I decided to see if I didnt need to take it anymore but when I skipped it for a month the pain came back so now I can't live without this. Amazon has me on the automatic shipment plan and it is great so I do not forget to order it. Try it, you will be surprised. It worked for me.

8/11/11 I bought these capsules for my mother and myself for the benefits to skin and joints. My mother has osteoarthritis and I myself have been starting to have knee pain from abuse at the gym. I have to start by mentioning that I had microdermabrasion done about a month ago and have really been taking care of my skin since (regular masks and scrubs, never sleeping without thoroughly cleansing and moisturizing). So my skin texture was looking better than it has in years when I started taking these capsules 6 days ago. Therefore, although I believe that hyaluronic acid probably works wonders for the skin, I cannot say whether or not it is the reason why my own skin looks good right now. I still have knee pain, but it has only been 6 days. What I can see is that in 6 days, I have gained 4 and a half pounds. I exercise regularly and keep track of everything I eat - my habits have not changed. But I feel like I am bloated as if it is my time of the month (I'm not because I started the pills right after). I am clearly retaining water. I'm not sure if this feeling would go away once my body adjusts. I am considering continuing with the pills. However, my mother has high blood pressure. Many people with high blood pressure are on diuretics, intended to keep them from retaining fluids, which causes an increase in blood pressure. I have asked my mom to stop taking the capsules immediately. I will check my own blood pressure - which normally runs on the low side -tomorrow. Maybe my body will adjust in a few more weeks and I will be thrilled with the results. It seems to have many benefits and maybe some serious side effects as well. I don't know if I would want to risk cancer to have beautiful skin. All I can say definitely is that after 6 days, I am definitely heavier. 8/13/11 Edit: After reading about the possible link between hyaluronic acid and tumor progression (if you do a search for hyaluronic acid and cancer, you can find plenty of arguments either way), I stopped taking these pills. That was at the end of day 6. Since then, I have lost 4 pounds (in 36 hours) and I feel less puffy. I must say though, my skin looks amazing. I just turned 33 and I have been noticing a loss of volume in the nasolabial folds. Yesterday and today(I imagine the hyaluronic acid supplement is still in my system),I have volume there again. I can hardly believe it. I think the plumping of my skin in the nasolabial fold area is the result of these pills and not just a good skin care regimen. My skin is glowy and looks so refined. My mother even noticed a difference. I love the skin improvement so much that I might be willing to take the water weight gain. The uncertainty of whether or not there is a correlation between ingesting hyaluronic acid and tumor progression is making me hesitate. I would love some professional medical insight if someone has any because I do want to take it. If there isn't a correlation, this stuff is like a miracle for the face. I didn't notice a change in knee pain in the mere 6 days that I took it.
