Do these look good on women?

I got these you replace a RX pair I had and the nose pads cracked off. I wear them for spors outdoors. They are sport(y). They are flexible, for small and larger sizes I would think ( unisex) You don't like them, send them ?

Do they corrode if they're dipped in sea water?

I have had these for 2.5 years Live by the ocean and there all the time, no corrosion yet. For the person complaining about the mirror coating. It happened to mine when I got spray suntan lotion on them. The glasses are lifetime guaranteed and were replaced very easily free of charge. Great customer service. Provided Amazon order and receipt and a photo of the lense. A new pair of glasses provided quickly

Are they for large or small faces?

They have a pretty flexible grip. I have a large face/head and they wrap around pretty snug, but not uncomfortable. Hope this answers your question.

Which glasses color option has the rainbow revo lens?

The Color: Black&Red Mirror Lens Hope this answer can help you! RIVBOS Team
