Ultra Hold can be used to bond any type of hair system or partial hair piece. Most important, it depends on the base. If it is lace base then no because Ultra Hold will ooze through the French lace. It would be best to use either Ultra Hold Tape or "Great White" adhesive because great white can go onto any type of base.

Why dosent it come with a applicator
