Coloring Book of Shadows: Planner for a Magical 2021

Gorgeous planner with plenty of space for notes in addition to the coloring pages. Love having a planner that focuses on witchy holidays and traditions. I ordered the hardcover version because I wanted a sturdier cover and thicker paper. The spine is a bit stiff but I’m sure it will loosen up as I use it.

I'm really looking forward to using this planner, it's so beautifully functional. I purchased the hardback version and it seems like the binding will last, I can lay it flat enough for coloring without feeling like the pages will come out (see picture). The real test will be everyday use. The reason I docked a star is the printing smell is so chemical-y and unpleasant. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would not recommend the hardback, I can not vouch for the other styles of printing, those might be fine. I'm just going to try and air out the book by leaving it open. I hope that's enough to get the smell out by January.UPDATE:It's been several weeks since I purchased this book (Hardback). The printing chemical odor was very strong so I opened the book and left it in a spot we don't frequent in the house. I am happy to report that the odor has dissipated! So if you want the hardback version, be sure to give yourself time to air it out in case yours has that chemical odor too.

Just delivered an hour ago, as I started thumbing through I couldn’t believe how much 2021’s planner spoke to me. I can’t wait for the new year because I feel it is going to be one of the best for me. The art work to color is outstanding as all her previous planners have been. The subject matter is really interesting. I have been using these planners for the last 4 or 5 years when I stumbled on them looking for one that fit who I am. I have bought many of her other books also after enjoying her planners.

It’s a great planner but I am sad bc it’s not spiraled like everyone else’s. I really wanted my book to be spiralalzed as it’s easier to write and color in it. Not sure why they changed it this way. This is a huge deal to me bc it’s really hard to open the book without breaking the spine and having pages fall out. The planner content is lovely!

Just received this book and really wish I could buy the last of this year to get started!! I am so stinking excited.I love how the author gives background and clarification on things, how she puts little tidbits of information into each month, and how she even gives a lesson on how to be a better colorer (yep, I made that word up...you can use it)! ;) Things scattered throughout the book in this manner are herb uses, rune meanings, candle magick suggestions, self-care suggestions, and crystals to use with each month to follow the season of growth in which we are entering.I couldn't be more excited to color a book than I am right now! So glad I bought new colored pencils at the same time! Thank you, Amy Cesari, for giving me my creativity back!

I love my 2020 planner. I got that in hardcover but it quickly broke away from its binding. I thought the spiral bound for 2021 would be a great fix for that. BUT its still a paperback!? It's so flimsy there is no way it'll hold up for the year! The back is already showing signs of wear and it just arrived!For the price this should have been spiral bound with hard cover. I will be returning and thinking hard on what to do next...Amy, I love these so much but can you create some that are already colored. Maybe a few spots for your own coloring magic? Its overwhelming and at the end of the day I want a pretty planner but I can't keep up coloring these like I want them. The information, affirmations and all all that's in between (including the artwork) is an absolute goddess send but having color and a hardcover spiral bound would make all the difference in the world.....love you xoxo

Wow. I had no idea how wonderful this planner would be. I regretted not getting the 2020 planner, because I thought it might have been helpful during this very, very strange year. So I didn't want to hesitate when Amy released the 2021 agenda. I got it today, and I am so excited to spend a lot of time reflecting, relaxing, and reaping the benefits of time spent coloring and working on this planner. There's so much to read, to see, and to engage with. I will buy one for my sister for Christmas, as I think she will adore it as well.

Love this! Lots of useful information, beautiful artwork for coloring, looks like plenty of room for planning. Can't wait to use!

I love it! I’m using it alongside a bullet journal to start constructing my Book of Shadows.The planner is a perfect place to reflect, write daily gratitude and has some amazing journaling prompts that are really insightful and helpful. Beautifully designed a must have for anyone wanting to work on their practice throughout the year. The author/illustrator has gone in-depth in how to bed use the planner so you can get the most out of it throughout the year. There is plenty of space for planning in different formats as well as thought provoking journalling prompts at various points. There is lots of really useful information scattered throughout, it is like having an on the go book of shadows.

Bought this as a gift, she said it was beautiful and couldn't wait to start it. I had a quick look and the pages looked nice and cleanly printed.

I can’t be gone to describe how much I love this planner. It’s got great few pages of essential magic concepts ideal for beginners and a nice reminder for advanced witches. You can colour it if/ and how you want to to make it feel more personal and it’s got plenty of room to write any thoughts you might have. The calendar keeps track of a few things giving you more inspirations and ideas on what to plan for.My favourite part is the month page you get with all sort of concepts you can add to to daily life throughout the month - from colours and gems to animal and herbs connected to that time.

Love this planner. I’ve been enjoying the colouring aspects as well as all the information packed inside. Loads to learn as well as lots of practical space for own notes and daily tasks etc.
