Our boxer dog loves it. She hated the kennel and always tried to sleep with us instead. Not the case now that we have this bed. She can easily sleep instead or outside the dome. First picture is most recent and second picture is when we first got it. The plastic pipe keeping the entrance open has slouched a bit, but not a problem cause she can she get into it easily. I like that she can easily sleep on top of it and the pipe goes down with her weight. I washed it and dried on low/delicate and it shrunk a tiny bit. Still fits but it was tight. I have washed it other times since and just let it air dry instead. Only con is that it pills some. She always walks out of there with some fuzzies. I can see how it could easily tear if the dog bites and pulls too hard, but not something our dog does. We put another small blanket inside it so she can easily pull and adjust that instead of trying to pull and adjust the bed. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone with a dog that likes to be covered or snuggled while sleeping. Boxer female is 56lbs (medium-large dog). We could have sized down, but with this size she can easily stretch and I think that’s why she loves it so much. Planning to get another one for our boxer puppy once he is full grown.

We have a 5 year old dachshund who loves to be buried under covers. We have bought these beds over the last 5 years and the quality remains top notch. When our dachshund needed to have surgery we bought him a new bed and house so he could recover in peace. Unfortunately, his brother, a chihuahua, has claimed this bed as his own. Highly recommend this bed for your pups who love to be snuggled under a blanket.

My dog LOVES this bed. All dog beds should come with attached blankies. :) I am disappointed in the thickness of the cover of the bed. We've had this for 6 months and the inside of bed (the part the dog lays on) has torn in several places from normal wear and tear. The material is pretty thin. It's soft and comfy but it seems like the material could have been doubled up, reinforced or lined with something. The 44 inch is a bit too big. We have a GSP and the 35 inch is the size we should’ve gotten because that 44 inch one takes up a good bit of floor space...

Have had 2 replacements due to stuck zipper. Like you zip the cover closed and it somehow locks in place. Company replaced the cover both times, however the 3rd cover I received, has basically just disintegrated after a couple months of normal use. The faux lambswool material has turned into long strands and just fall out of the cover. The hood doesn't stay up. Random splits in the seams all around the cover. And sure enough, radio silence from customer service. Save your money and don't support this company.

Dog loves the bed but it’s poor quality. Stitching on the cover was loose and the bed sheds . Used for about 3months and then it got too bad.

My two dog love these beds. It is big enough for our Rhodesian Ridge back to lay in Comfortably. The cover is easy to get off to clean.

My absolute favorite indoor bed I've ever gotten for my girls. The material used for the inner cushion is extremely soft and light. While the fabric is wool-like so I know my girls are getting nice and warm. I will say that it takes a while to break the bed in; I would have to go and tuck my girl in for for the first bit of using it until she found out how to burrow

Firstly, don't pay extra for the "cooling gel memory foam". It's just a layer of regular cheap sponge foam died blue on top of the regular sponge cheap foam. Complete lie. So the bed size is appropriate as advertised (I have a large Aussie mix). The diameter is plenty big, if not a little bigger than necessary. The hood looks just as advertised, and the flexible bar insert is great. However, the hood itself is pretty snug immediately after the opening. I was able to teach my dog how to go inside instead of on immediately, but in order to get in the hood, he would have to get down and work really hard to burrow back more than a few inches. When he goes to lay down like normal his head goes in, but on his "laydown-turn" his back-end ends up just laying on top of the opening. I have a smaller Aussie/Beagle mix, and when she goes in, the same thing happens most of the time. It's great if I help them in (though they do get hot quickly), but on their own, kind of useless and more an annoyance. So all in all, good concept, but executed poorly and not feasible for the size of dog the bed is designed for.

Dog liked it, but it doesn’t really matter if the product tears so quickly in multiple locations and it’s past the return date.
